The Media Angel is excited to announce the arrival of our new Agency Support Executive, Daniel Morris.

Daniel has worked in media for nearly 2 years. As a multimedia account handler at Media Wales, Daniel was responsible for planning and creating, motioning and evaluating campaigns across various platforms. Daniel has experience in working with many sectors across Wales on their advertising and marketing campaigns. His great understanding of the media industry combined with his passion and drive will support The Media Angel team and clients.

Daniel is a very passionate individual with a hunger to stamp his mark on the media industry. He is very excited to start his new chapter with an award-winning agency, with an impressive client base.

Daniel will be responsible for the upkeep of The Media Angels social media accounts, website, PR, blogs and supporting the agency activity on a daily basis.

Tanya Hunter joins The Media Angel

One of The Vale of Glamorgan’s finest boutique marketing agencies, The Media Angel, has recently recruited a new member to the team, adding a new set of skills to the agencies offering.

Tanya Hunter joined at the start of September, having previously worked at business networking site, LinkedIn.

Tanya, The Media Angel’s new recruit said:

Manager Director and guardian angel, Alison Debono, is delighted and extremely proud of her latest recruits; whom she hand picked from an influx of applications, ensuring that she chose only the finest and most suited talent to join the team.

With these new recruits come fresh ideas, fresh solutions, varied skills and expertise and a growing client list to match! The new Angels will offer more hands to help existing and future clients and are set to help further enhance the agency’s already strong credentials in media planning and buying.

Experience and a keen enthusiasm separated the three new employees from the rest of the hopeful applicants; graduates Megan Evans and Zarrion Walker are just out of university with some fantastic and original ideas to help develop The Media Angel as a growing business and brand. Both are eager to deliver exciting, creative new projects and marketing solutions and delighted to be working with such a great agency with such an impressive list of clients.

Adele McCoy, the new Business Development Executive, and third to join the new team, brings with her a wealth of experience in sales, property development, financial services and event hospitality and is a truly special find at such a pivotal point in the expansion and development of The Media Angel.

This has definitely been an exciting time for Alison, who is proudly watching her business steadily expand and mature into a leading contender in media planning and buying in South Wales. The Angels are delighted to welcome Journalism graduate Megan Evans, as the latest bright minded recruit to join our talented team.

Megan joins us fresh out of Cardiff University with a wealth of creative and bright ideas for helping The Media Angel to continue to develop and grow as a leading brand in South Wales for media planning and buying. With a range of experience in media relations, journalism, event organisation and customer service, Megan’s strong credentials and exceptionally personable manner, meant she was the ideal candidate for The Media Angel.

Megan will be putting her fantastic skills and experience to good use in helping support some of The Media Angel’s existing client projects and will be ready to take on new, exciting ventures as the agency prepares to extend its client base.

Award-winning month for Swansea University!

The Media Angel helps Swansea University achieves award-winning results with student recruitment campaign.

It’s been a fantastic month for our clients Swansea University who won University of the Year at the What Uni Student Choice Awards 2014; what an amazing achievement! 

On top of this, they have also been shortlisted for the Heist Awards for their Making Waves Student Recruitment Campaign, so fingers crossed for another win.

We have helped Swansea University with their media planning and buying on their ‘Making Waves’ campaign for the last 2 years, the campaigns include outdoor, online, radio, press and social media.

Of course we can’t forget to mention their victory at the Varsity 2014, beating Cardiff Uni 19-15. An amazing achievement for Swansea all around.
